“On the suggestion of two separate friends, we called Murphy's to provide an estimate for a few plumbing jobs that needed attention: replacing an outdoor spigot, repair/replace our kitchen sink faucet, replace the garbage disposal unit, see what was causing a sometimes leaking issue from our tub upstairs through to our kitchen downstairs, and replacing the drain mechanism in our bathroom sink. Not only was Mike Rowe there first thing the next morning to look at each of these, he clearly determined what each needed, provided a detailed estimate, the option to purchase a contract (we did, which provided discounts to that day's work as well a walk-through annually to inspect plumbing throughout the house), and then was available to start the work right then.
