STEP 1

Set up an appointment to schedule site survey.

STEP 2

During a site survey, we will comprise a list of equipment and fixtures, model and serial numbers and briefly give all components a once over and take extensive notes.  We record a list of all HVAC and plumbing in your facility to be able to reference in the future.

STEP 3

We draft an in depth, detailed agreement taking all information obtained into consideration.  With this, we develop the most cost effective way to maintain all of your facilities, giving you the peace of mind of having one point of contact regarding all Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning maintenance.

STEP 4

You review the agreement, change what you’d like based on your needs and set up a final review of the agreement.

STEP 5

Sign off on agreement and begin to enjoy the freedom of knowing that all maintenance issues are covered, in a cost effective way for the time of the contract.

The best part, after the term of the contract, if you feel you don’t need as much coverage, we can review and change!

Residential
